Apricot Puree Concentrate is a natural fruit product with a Brix level of 30–32%, offering a typical apricot flavor and aroma. It has a pulp content of at least 30% and a pH range of 3.0–4.5. The product is free from artificial additives and is certified HALAL, ISO, HACCP, and KOSHER.
It is packaged in aseptic bags within steel drums, each containing approximately 235 kg, with about 80 drums per 20-foot container. The recommended storage conditions are in a cool and dry place at ambient temperature or between -20°C to 20°C. The product has a shelf life of 24 months from the production date.
This concentrate is suitable for use in jams, sauces, beverages, and as a raw material for various juice products and ice cream manufacturing.
